Telemetry to Dashboard

This workflow connects Greenbox telemetry with production information in MRVin Monitor.

Flow​

  1. A configured Greenbox thermocouple records a temperature sample.
  2. Greenbox transmits the telemetry record to Planboo.
  3. The backend accepts a new record or recognizes a safe retry of the same telemetry identity.
  4. Planboo attempts to associate the measurement with the relevant production activity.
  5. MRVin Monitor displays temperature information where it is available for the production record.

Confirm success​

  • Greenbox indicates that transmission completed according to its operating guide.
  • The expected production record is visible in MRVin Monitor.
  • Temperature information appears for the correct time and production context.

When information is missing​

Check the products in order:

  1. Confirm Greenbox is configured and transmitting.
  2. Confirm the expected production activity and device assignment exist.
  3. Confirm you are viewing the correct company and project in MRVin Monitor.
  4. Record the device identity, approximate transmission time, and production record when escalating the issue.
